Pete Carroll, the steward of the USC football program during the Reggie Bush Years -- and who conveniently and suddenly took a shining to the NFL months before the program was slammed by the NCAA -- has released a statement regarding the sanctions levied on his former school this afternoon.
A video statement. One that, oddly enough, that doesn’t find him uttering the names “Reggie”, “Bush” or “Reggie Bush”.
