REPORT: UCLA SUSPENDS THREE FOR DRUG USE

UCLA has had a tough year on the offensive line, and it’s about to get tougher.Bruins coach Rick Neuheisel announced that guards Micah Reed and Scott Glicksberg are both suspended for Saturday’s game against Oregon State.Defensive tackle Jess Ward is also suspended for what Neuheisel said was a violation of athletic department rules. The Los Angeles Times reports that the players violated the department’s drug use policy.Reed and Glicksberg have both started games this season, although they’re currently listed as the two backup guards on the depth chart. Against Oregon State on Saturday, the 3-5 Bruins will use their seventh different offensive line in nine games."It hurts the depth,” Neuheisel said. “There’s no question that it does.”
