In the latest episode of Things Are Not Going Well At Texas: The Austin American-Statesman’s Kirk Bohls reported Monday “several” Longhorns players are considering boycotting their season finale against TCU on Friday over the university’s treatment of coach Charlie Strong.
Players are understandably frustrated over the impending firing of Strong, which has been bungled at seemingly every turn by Texas administration since the Longhorns lost to Kansas on Saturday. Bohls reported more details about the proposed boycott here.
Strong will address his future at Texas at the beginning of his noon E.T. press conference.
