Ok. St. doesn’t issue injury report; Lunt’s status unknown against UT

With Saturday’s game against Texas looming, Oklahoma State has decided it doesn’t want to give away any information regarding the health status of starting quarterback Wes Lunt. The school was already playing coy about whether Lunt or backup J.W. Walsh would start against the Longhorns, and a release on Friday said there would be no injury report for the game.

Oklahoma State has been releasing injury reports on Fridays this season.

Lunt sustained a knee injury two weeks ago in a win over Louisiana-Lafayette. On the Cowboys’ most-recent depth chart, Lunt and Walsh were listed as co-starters.

Texas is currently a slight favorite over Oklahoma State. With uncertainty still swirling about Lunt’s injury -- the exact nature of it still has not been revealed -- that shouldn’t change leading up to game time.
