An already-then defensive backfield took another little shot this morning as Auburn announced it had dismissed Harry Adams from the football program.
He was kicked off the team for -- you guessed it -- violation of unspecified team rules.
Adams had played mostly in nickel and dime situations for the Tigers, and was credited with eight tackles.
According to the Birmingham News, Adams'; dismissal leaves Auburn with just four healthy scholarship cornerbacks on the roster.
