Gary Parrish of CBS Sports dropped by the podcast this morning and somehow we ended up talking about haircuts again, and that turned into GP giving me some parental advice which, in turn, resulted in me giving him marital advice.
And after a few minutes, when we finally decided to start talking about basketball, we spent a good deal of time on Kentucky and LSU, whether we should be concerned about Kris Dunn and Providence and, in the spirit of Kansas-Oklahoma, our favorite college basketball games that we’ve ever seen in person.
It got weird and then fun and then weird again.
Which is a pretty good summation of what it’s like to spend an hour with Gary Parrish.
