Taumoepeau

A three-year starter at Portland State, Taumoepeau (6'2/240) is undersized and faces an uphill battle in his jump from FCS to NFL competition. His body type and bulk are more representative of a fullback and not a tight end at the next level. He did perform well in his only three matchups against FBS opponents the past two years, recording 3/130/2 versus Nevada, 5/125/2 against Oregon, and 4/56/1 against Arkansas. Overall, Taumoepeau is a willing blocker and efficient receiver whose shortcomings as an athlete will make it hard for him to standout in camp with Dallas.
