After going 2-0 last week with an aggregate score of 6-0, Matt Turner, Carles Gil and Andrew Farrell were named to the Major League Soccer Team of the Week.
The three New England Revolution standouts have been key in the Revs' 10-match unbeaten streak.
Gil, who leads New England in both goals and assists, recorded two of each last week. Turner's two shutouts earned him the top goalkeeper of the week, and Farrell anchored the Revs' stout defense from the centerback position.
Notably, recently acquired Gustavo Bou did not make the MLS Team of the Week despite impressing in his first week with the team. Bou scored a goal and notched two assists in the two matches last week.
The Revs next match is next Saturday against Orlando City at Gillette Stadium. It can be streamed on NBC Sports Boston at 7 p.m.
