A fan was carted off in a stretcher after falling into the bullpen as the Red Sox played the Phillies in Philadelphia Friday.
The incident happened in front of Red Sox pitchers in the visitors' bullpen at Citizens Bank Park.
Social media photos showed the fan, who was wearing a Phillies jersey, on a stretcher.
