David Price has no use for Boston anymore.
The Red Sox traded the veteran left-hander along with outfielder Mookie Betts to the Los Angeles Dodgers in February, ending Price's four-year tenure in Boston.
As such, Price no longer needs his $6.5 million mansion in Newton, Mass., which hit the market recently, according to Realtor.com.

The mansion is befitting of a star professional athlete on a $217 million contract: It spans 12,000 square feet and includes seven bathrooms, mahogany hardwood floors and a master suite with a spa bathroom in addition to a "gym, home theater, wine cellar and playroom," per Realtor.com.

The mansion already is pending sale, so it appears Price will be putting some money back in his pocket after reportedly giving Dodgers minor leaguers $1,000 each during the month of June.
The 34-year-old owns property in Naples, Fla., his hometown of Nashville, Tenn., and Arizona, but perhaps he'll add a Los Angeles home to his portfolio after severing his last tie with Boston.
