Tom Brady is a six-time Super Bowl champion, a four-time Super Bowl MVP, a three-time MVP, a 14-time Pro Bowler, and arguably the greatest quarterback in NFL history.

The facts speak for themselves.

But even as Brady chases a seventh title, he remains somewhat uncomfortable with those individual accolades, as Jason Kennedy of E! News found out during a recent interview.

"Why can't we call you the GOAT?" Kennedy asked Brady for the premiere episode of "In The Room," which will debut this Wednesday at 8 p.m.

"I'd rather you insult me," was Brady's self-deprecating answer.

Brady will get that wish in any football stadium that isn't located in Foxboro, where fans of his opponents will throw jealous jeers at Brady's talent and success.

But like it or not, he's the GOAT in New England — and also to any objective observer.
