Asked Brady what changed from years past and how he's previously valued OTAs, "it's obviously imp for everybody and our coaches do a great job getting us ready but just some personal reasons for me that...but I'm here now, focused on what I need to do, as I always am."

On if his absence from spring work could impact the Patriots in the long run, Brady replied, “I hope not.”

Brady did not say whether or not he’d be coming back for the remainder of the practices remaining on the team’s spring schedule. Said he wanted to focus on the rest of the day today. Five more voluntary OTA workouts scheduled.
