TNT trolls Nets, Ben Simmons with hilarious video from ‘The Office'

Michael Holley discusses why he believes the Celtics will win the NBA championship if they can get past the Milwaukee Bucks. He breaks down why Phoenix and Milwaukee’s injuries should make Boston the favorites.

The NBA on TNT producers create amazing content, and they did it again Tuesday night by trolling the Brooklyn Nets.

The Nets were swept from the first round of the 2022 NBA playoffs by the Boston Celtics on Monday night.

The Celtics' elite defense made it difficult for Nets superstars Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving to play at a high level offensively on a consistent basis.

Reports before and during the series indicated that Nets guard Ben Simmons would make his team debut at some point against the Celtics, potentially in Game 4. Simmons never played, though, which opened himself up to even more criticism from the national media.

If you're a fan of legendary NBC show "The Office", you're probably familiar with the "Work Bus" episode from Season 9. It's one of the better post-Michael Scott episodes of the show.

One of the memorable scenes from that episode is when the Dunder Mifflin staff sings a song on their way to pick up some delicious pies.

TNT edited the video to swap in the Nets players' faces and head coach Steve Nash's face. The whole thing actually flows really well. But the funniest part comes at the end when Simmons' face is put on Creed Bratton, who, in the episode, is trying to skip work.

Check out the hilarious video in the tweet below:

But that wasn't the only bus joke of the night from TNT:

TNT and Durant have been going at it for a few days.

It started earlier in the week when Charles Barkley criticized Durant and called him a "bus rider" on the Golden State Warriors teams that won the 2017 and 2018 NBA Finals.

Durant fired back by posting a picture of Barkley with the late 1990s Houston Rockets, implying that the Hall of Fame forward tried to chase titles himself.

TNT's response? The scene from "The Office" above. Sorry KD, it's not wise to start a feud with the TNT producers. They are going to win every time.
