Jaylen Brown, who turned 25 last October, entered the top five during the 2020 postseason for the Celtics and likely could have moved further up the list if not for an injury which kept him out of the 2021 playoffs.
With Mitchell and his Utah Jazz eliminated from the postseason, Tatum can create some space between the competition and whoever approaches the mark next with a deep run for Boston.
