The Celtics didn't necessarily have the best game against the Milwaukee Bucks on Thursday night, but one player, in particular, gave Boston a chance to win.
Things weren't looking good for the C's at the end of the first half as they trailed the Bucks 76-58, but Boston began to turn things around in the second half. Kemba Walker led the way for the Celtics with 40 points, 11 rebounds and three assists, but the team's comeback fell short as Milwaukee held on for a 128-123 victory.

Walker's 40-point night, though, did get some high praise from head coach Brad Stevens.
"He's awfully special," Stevens said in his postgame comments. "He was the only reason we had a chance."
Stevens' comments couldn't have been any more spot on. The next closest in scoring was Marcus Smart, who tallied 24 points, followed by Jayson Tatum's 17. Boston also didn't get much scoring off the bench, as they combined for just 23 points.
As many have said before, Walker has been the heartbeat of the Celtics this season -- and it still stands true after his strong effort against the Bucks.
