It sounds like the Boston Bruins finally will have a bit more variety in their closet this season.
Bruins President Cam Neely confirmed to 98.5 The Sports Hub's Ty Anderson on Tuesday that Boston will indeed have new third jerseys set to be unveiled in November. And no, they aren't the famous "pooh bear" sweaters many fans are fond of.
Although they have not been revealed yet, Icethetics.com leaked the jersey design on Twitter in early August and it's somewhat similar to the 2019 Winter Classic jerseys.
You can't believe everything you read on the internet, but Icethetics leaked other NHL jerseys as well and those turned out to be correct -- so we can probably expect to see the B's wearing these exact sweaters at some point this season.
