The Bruins acquired Zacha from the New Jersey Devils in exchange for veteran forward Erik Haula last month. Zacha is a versatile player whose natural position is center, but he can play left wing, too.

The 25-year-old forward tallied a career-high 36 points (15 goals, 21 assists) in 70 games for the Devils last season. He was the No. 6 overall pick in the 2015 NHL Draft.

The Bruins have been busy Monday. In addition to the Zacha news, they also announced one-year contracts for veteran centers Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci.
