The Boston Bruins enter Wednesday with the best points percentage (.854) in the NHL and a 20-3-1 record.
There are a bunch of players (and a first-year head coach) responsible for this record-setting success in Boston, and it's very possible that a few of them could end up being finalists for the major end-of-the-season individual awards.

Hart Trophy
Awarded to the MVP
Bruins players in the running: David Pastrnak

Pastrnak isn't among the top three contenders right now, but if he reaches the 100-point mark for the first time in his career and scores over 45 goals -- both of which he's on pace to do -- then the Bruins right winger could get enough votes to be a finalist. The Bruins finishing with a top-three record in the league also would help his case.
This award has been won by a center in each of the last three years, but a couple wingers have claimed it recently.
Chicago Blackhawks right winger Patrick Kane posted 106 points when he won the Hart in 2015-16, former New Jersey Devils left winger Taylor Hall scored 93 points as the Hart winner in 2017-18, and Tampa Bay Lightning left winger Nikita Kucherov tallied 128 points as the 2018-19 MVP.
Pastrnak not only leads the Bruins with 35 points (17 goals, 18 assists), he has tallied at least one point in 20 of Boston's 24 games. He's been consistently dominant offensively for Boston.
Art Ross Trophy
Awarded to the leading scorer
Bruins players in the running: David Pastrnak
Pastrnak's 35 points are 13 behind Edmonton Oilers superstar center Connor McDavid. Oilers center Leon Draisaitl is second with 42 points. If Pastrnak can stay healthy, it's quite possible he could finish second or third in scoring. But it would be pretty shocking if McDavid slips from the top spot. He is, quite simply, in a league of his own.
Maurice "Rocket" Richard Trophy
Awarded to the leading goal scorer
Bruins players in the running: David Pastrnak
Pastrnak is tied for fourth in goals scored with 17 in 24 games. He is six behind Jason Robertson in first place and five behind Connor McDavid in second place. Pastrnak has some ground to make up, but it would be foolish to totally rule him out as a real contender for this award. He's currently on pace to score 57 goals, which would have been enough to win the Richard Trophy in nine of the last 10 seasons.
Vezina Trophy
Awarded to the best goaltender
Bruins players in the running: Linus Ullmark
Ullmark has been rock solid in his second season with the Bruins. He leads the league in save percentage (.936) goals against average (1.94) and wins (14). Ullmark also leads all goalies with a .947 save percentage at 5-on-5 and ranks third in goals saved above average (GSAA) at 10.94, per Natural Stat Trick.
Barring a steep decline in his performance, Ullmark is on track to be a Vezina finalist for the first time in his career.
Norris Trophy
Awarded to the best all-around defenseman
Bruins players in the running: Hampus Lindholm
This one is, admittedly, a long shot.
Lindholm came out firing offensively and tallied 18 points in his first 17 games. He has scored zero goals with one assist in his last seven games.
Of course, scoring isn't the only factor in being a good defenseman and winning the Norris Trophy. That said, a lot of voters look at scoring totals and make it a significant factor when filling out their ballot. If Lindholm isn't top 10 in defensemen scoring by season's end, he probably won't be a finalist for the award, and that would be unfortunate because he's been tremendous defensively, a stalwart on special teams and has logged 24:17 of ice time per game.
Selke Trophy
Awarded to the best defensive forward
Bruins players in the running: Patrice Bergeron
Bergeron won this award last season for a record fifth time. It would be surprising if he failed to win it again in 2023.
The Bruins captain has been on the ice for only three goals against at 5-on-5, which is the lowest total of any player with 275 or more 5-on-5 minutes played. The B's have accounted for 62.3 percent of all shot attempts, 61 percent of all shots on net, 68 percent of all scoring chances and 81.25 percent of all goals when Bergeron is on the ice during 5-on-5 action, per Natural Stat Trick. Put simply, the ice is tilted in Boston's favor in a major way during Bergeron's minutes.
Jack Adams
Awarded to the best head coach
Bruins in the running: Jim Montgomery
Montgomery has been a breath of fresh air in Boston, and his uptempo, attack-minded style of hockey has produced fantastic offensive results for a lot of players. It's hard to argue with the results, as the Bruins own the league's best record, have scored the third-most goals (98) and have allowed the fewest goals (52).
He's also made a strong connection with the players.
"Monty does a great job connecting with guys," Bruins forward Brad Marchand told reporters before playing the Leafs in Toronto on Nov. 5. "He's been finding ways to figure out what makes guys click and what makes them play their best. He's able to push those buttons. He seems like a great players' coach. That was the feedback we got from every team and every guy we talked to about him."
