UFC 274 has plenty of value available on prop plays. I listed four plus-money props for Saturday night. Follow me on Twitter @CombatSportsNBC for my tracked bets. *** Fight: Brandon Royval vs Matt Schnell
** Prop Play: Brandon Royval by Submission (+165) on PointsBet
Analysis: Brandon Royval averages 2.2 submission attempts per 15 minutes. This fight will have striking exchanges on the feet but will also hit the mats. Both fighters will be forced to scramble and Brandon Royval excels in those situations. Expect to see some slick jiu-jitsu in this matchup.
*** Fight: Randy Brown vs Khaos Williams
** Prop Play: Randy Brown by Points (+320) on PointsBet
Analysis: Randy Brown has a three-inch height advantage. Brown can use his distance strikes such as his long jab and front kicks, to keep range and score from the outside. Brown needs to stay away from Khaos Williams power shot and can score some control time with an opportunistic takedown when Williams charges forward to close the distance. This decision prop has a ton of value.

*** Fight: Ovince St. Preux vs Mauricio Rua
** Prop Play: Ovince St. Preux by KO/TKO (+205) on PointsBet
Analysis: OSP vs RUA I ended with OSP finishing Rua with punches in the 1st round. Rua returns for his first fight since 2020. At forty years of age, Rua’s chin has taken a lot of damage and OSP should be able to put him out once more when he finds that chin in the striking exchanges. OSP will implement his left high kick and counter hooks to land a finishing blow to Mauricio Rua.
*** Fight: Michael Chandler vs Tony Ferguson
** Prop Play: Michael Chandler by Points (+275) on PointsBet
Analysis: Tony Ferguson is as tough as they come but Michael Chandler should have plenty of success in this matchup. Chandler is the better grappler and can put Ferguson on his back to win rounds with top control. We have previously witnessed Ferguson fail to get up vs Beneil Dariush and Charles Oliveira. Ferguson is also very hittable. He was severely hurt vs Anthony Pettis and Justin Gaethje. Michael Chandler has the ability to hurt Ferguson on the feet in the striking exchanges also. Chandler by points has a lot of value since Tony has only been finished one time and that was late in the five-round fight with Gaethje.
