Juan Toscano-Anderson is going to play a significant role for the Warriors the remainder of the season.
In the Warriors' win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Thursday night, the Oakland native registered 20 points (career high), seven rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block across nearly 31 minutes.
As he thinks about the big picture, how does he want to expand his game this offseason?

"I definitely want to continue mastering what is expected of me," Toscano-Anderson said Friday morning on 95.7 The Game's "Steiny, Guru & Dibs" show. "I want to be a superstar in my role. But I'm definitely going to try to add some things to my game -- improve my ball-handling, improve my finishing around the rim, get a consistent floater maybe.
"I just want to be super versatile. And I think that's why Steve [Kerr] likes me. He can pretty much plug me anywhere ... I got a lot of work to do this summer. I still feel like my back is against the wall. I don't have a guaranteed contract. I'm still on an audition."
It really is wild when you remember that he is on a two-way deal with the Warriors, and his contract status moving forward is up in the air.
It's safe to assume Golden State would love to have JTA in the rotation next season, and will make it a priority to re-sign him.
And there's no doubt the local product wants to be rocking a Warriors uniform in 2021-22.

"In an ideal world, it would be great to stay," he said. "But at the end of the day, I do understand that it's a business. But it would be ideal to stay home and play. Who would not want to be playing for their home team?
"Every night is fun. In the locker room, I ask Steph [Curry], 'What are you gonna do tonight? You gonna put on a show tonight?' I say those things because I truly am enjoying what I have going for myself right now.
"I'll be able to tell my kids and grandkids stuff like that. So I just try to enjoy the moment and not think too deeply about what's to come. A lot of that stuff is out of my control."
