The Warriors have endured many ignominious streaks this season and on Thursday face an incredibly difficult challenge trying to end the longest of them: 55 days without a road victory.
The Warriors seek to snap a nine-game road losing streak when they step onto the parquet floor at TD Garden in Boston to face the Celtics. Pregame coverage on NBC Sports Bay Area begins at 4 p.m. with tipoff scheduled for 5:10.

The Warriors (10-38) are 3-21 away from Chase Center, have lost 14 of their last 15 games and are ensconced in last place in the Western Conference.
If there is a silver lining for the Warriors, it is that the Celtics (31-15), who won 13 of their first 14 home games this season, are only 5-4 over their last nine. A Boston win would make it the fourth team to sweep the Warriors this season.

G/F Alec Burks continues to supply offense, generally as a reserve. He has scored in double figures in 27 of the last 30 games and 11 of the last 12. He also has changed his jersey number from 8 to 20 as a way to honor the late Kobe Bryant ... Lee continues to struggle with his shot. A loss would leave the Warriors swept by a fourth team this season. The Jazz, Hornets and Mavericks already have accomplished the feat.
