Warriors' Steph Curry torched Wizards for 51 points four years ago today

Today is Feb. 3, 2020. Do you remember what happened exactly four years ago?

In case you forgot ... the Warriors beat the Washington Wizards, 134-121, in our nation's capital to improve to 45-4.

Steph Curry racked up 51 points on 19-for-28 shooting overall and 11-for-15 from 3-point range. He scored 25 points in the first quarter.

Interestingly enough, the Warriors face the Wizards in D.C. on Monday night. But as everybody knows, Curry won't have the opportunity to repeat his magical performance because he remains sidelined with a broken left hand.

Final reminder ... over 10 games in February 2016, the two-time NBA MVP averaged 36.7 points, 7.3 assists, 5.6 rebounds and 1.9 steals, while shooting 55 percent overall and nearly 54 percent from deep.

That's just insane.

Final final reminder ... Curry is averaging 28.1 points over 19 career games against the Wizards, which is the second most vs. any opponent (28.6 points vs. the Toronto Raptors).
