Steph reveals favorite memory from jam-packed 2022 summer

After winning his fourth NBA championship in eight seasons and nabbing his first NBA Finals MVP, Steph Curry had a jam-packed summer, to say the least.

Despite celebrating another championship, hosting the ESPYs, and creating a celebration that would become a sports world phenomenon -- among many others -- the Warriors star had one particular moment that he deemed was his favorite.

"Selfishly, you all know how much I love golf and my 'Underrated Tour' that we had," Curry told NBC Sports Bay Area's Bob Fitzgerald and Kelenna Azubuike during the Warriors' 131-98 preseason win over the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday.

"We had the championship stop out at [TPC] Harding Park and we're serving the next greatest golfers from underrepresented communities, find the next talent, and giving them an opportunity to showcase their skills, and it was an amazing journey."

Curry also added that having the golfers come out to the Bay Area to compete in his tour was something that he "really enjoyed."

Additionally, when asked by Bob Fitzgerald about his Eat.Learn.Play Tournament at Stanford Golf Course, Curry said that it was a "special time, especially since Larry Fitzgerald, Peyton Manning, Steve Young, and more joined in on the fun.

"It was a great turnout," Curry continued to Fitzgerald and Azubuike. "I get another opportunity to support the Bay Area, support Oakland, and the home that we call near and dear to our hearts.

Why Pacers star Haliburton is the real one who got away for Warriors

"To have a fundraiser like that, it's going to do a lot of good for the community."

As a way to lighten the mood during the tournament, the 34-year-old decided to drop some bars while he was out on the course, much to the spectators' joy.

The "Eat.Learn.Play Foundation" was created by Curry and his wife Ayesha to support children throughout the Bay Area and Oakland by providing proper nutrition, adequate learning opportunities, and building healthy habits.

Along with hosting a golf tournament, the Currys brought out over 1,000 children from the foundation to watch the Athletics' matchup against the Houston Astros on July 27. The couple also threw out the first pitch to promote their foundation.
