The Warriors got clipped Monday night, but they weren't the first team this season to blow a big lead against the Los Angeles Clippers.
The Clippers went 9-24 when trailing by 15 points or more during the regular season. That's the winning percentage of an NBA lottery team under normal circumstances, but those nine comeback wins were the most in the league this season.
LA also came back from deficits of 20 points (or more) three times on a seven-game road trip in Feburary, but Golden State's 135-131 loss in Game 2 of the NBA playoff first-round series was historic ... for the wrong reasons, if you're a Warriors fan.

To add injury to insult, the Warriors lost big man DeMarcus Cousins in the first quarter with what the team reportedly fears is a season-ending torn quad. The nature of the Clippers' comeback will go down in history, but Cousins' injury could end up feeling like a much bigger loss.
