Warriors GM Bob Myers shared that two Warriors players tested positive for the coronavirus, causing team workouts to be postponed until Dec. 7.

Warriors president of basketball operations Bob Myers broke some news Tuesday afternoon during a conference call with reporters.

The NBA recently issued pandemic-related protocols, and one of the main takeaways is that any player who tests positive will be sidelined for a minimum of 12 days.

The Warriors' first exhibition game is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 12 at Chase Center against the Denver Nuggets. Golden State then will play at the Kings on Dec. 15 and 17, before opening the regular season either Dec. 22 or 23.
