The Phoenix Suns are waiving the 6-foot-11 center, league sources told The Athletic's Shams Charania.
The Warriors selected Jones with the No. 30 overall pick in the 2016 draft.

Jones dealt with multiple injuries during his time with Golden State, and spent the bulk of his first two seasons in the G League with the Santa Cruz Warriors.
The Vanderbilt product started 22 of the Dubs' first 24 games in 2018-19 before sustaining a torn pectoral.
In July of 2019, the Warriors traded him and a 2026 second-round pick to the Atlanta Hawks in exchange for Omari Spellman.
