Damion Lee on Sunday night hit a 3-pointer with 1.7 seconds remaining to give the Warriors a 129-128 win over the Chicago Bulls.
But according to the NBA's "Last Two Minute Report," he never should have been allowed to attempt the shot.
The NBA deemed that the officials missed a five-second violation on the inbounds, and also that they should have called an offensive foul on Kevon Looney for setting an illegal screen to free up Lee.

"Looney (GSW) continues to re-establish himself in White's (CHI) path after initial contact and he delivers contact to White that affects his ability to defend," the report states.

Calling a foul on Looney there would have been very, very weak.
