On Tuesday afternoon, "Mo Buckets" spoke with myself and Grant Liffmann about that memorable night at Oracle Arena:
"The biggest thing I always told people was, 'Yo. He didn't score the first couple minutes. He scored with nine something on the clock.' Everybody say, 'For real?' I say, 'Yeah, yeah.'
"That's how basketball (fans) are. They see certain things but they don't pay attention to the details. And the details are, that man scored all those points in nine minutes and 45 seconds.
"That's the most bizarre thing I've ever seen. The most bizarre thing I've ever witnessed in my entire life."

Let's dive into the details.
At the 9:45 mark, Klay made a 12-foot pull-up jumper in the paint.
He scored 17 additional points over the next six minutes and 40 seconds of game action, and mixed in one dime to Draymond Green.
So that means over a span of two minutes and 59 seconds -- from when he made a 3-pointer at the 3:04 mark to when he drilled two free throws with 4.9 seconds left in the frame -- the three-time NBA champion racked up 18 points.
That truly is insane.

Lastly, do you even remember what happened in the fourth quarter that night?
In case you forgot -- Speights racked up 15 points (6-for-8 FG) and five rebounds.
So if anybody ever asks you: "When Klay scored 37 points in a quarter, who was the Warriors' second-leading scorer?", the answer is: "Mo Speights with 19 points."
