Coming into Tuesday's game against the Thunder, James needed 36 points to break Abdul-Jabbar's record of 38,387 points and did so with an entire quarter to spare. He finished the game with 38 points on 13-of-20 shooting from the field and 4-of-6 from 3-point range.
