Back in early October, Kevin Durant picked the LA Clippers to beat the Los Angeles Lakers in the 2020 Western Conference finals.

The former Warriors supertar recently was a guest on the "Play For Keeps" podcast, and he hasn't changed his mind on that potential matchup.

KD is going with Clippers-Lakers in the West, and a Milwaukee Bucks-Toronto Raptors matchup in the Eastern Conference finals.

"If I had to choose -- and I hate doing that s--t because you never know what could happen, you seen that with us last year -- but if I could choose, I would go Clippers-Bucks in the championship," the two-time NBA Finals MVP said. "And I'll go with the Clippers.

"They're just so deep. They ain't had their whole team together at once yet for a long period of time. That talent is just undeniable. When you got PG (Paul George) and Kawhi (Leonard) at the wings -- that's what you need to win is wings.

"You got those two at the wings -- arguably top three (or) top four at the wing position on one team ... they can go 11 deep -- 11 players that you wouldn't mind putting on the court in a playoff game. And they all want to win."

Yours truly totally agrees with the 10-time All-Star.

The Clippers enter Thursday's slate of games in second place in the West, just 0.5 games ahead of the Denver Nuggets.

Quick reminder --- KD could have signed with the Clippers last July, but chose the Brooklyn Nets instead.
