LeBron James' son, Bronny James, is a freshman at Sierra Canyon High School in Southern California.
On Saturday night, Bronny and the Trailblazers were in Columbus, Ohio to face off against St. Vincent-St. Mary -- LeBron's alma mater.
During a halftime interview, ESPN's Rachel Nichols asked LeBron about how surreal it is to be rooting against his high school.

"I told my wife I needed to do what Steph Curry's mom always does and get the half St. Vincent-St. Mary, half Sierra Canyon jersey for this game," he said jokingly.
We all remember Sonya Curry's dilemma during last year's Western Conference finals when Steph and the Warriors faced Seth and the Blazers.
Perhaps it was best that Golden State swept the series so the anxiety lasted only four games instead of five, six or seven?

As for Bronny -- he stole an inbounds pass, drove to the basket from halfcourt and made the layup to give his squad a 57-56 lead with 54 seconds remaining. It proved to be the game-winning bucket as Sierra Canyon held on and won 59-56.
It doesn't get much better than that.
