Draymond Green is the Warriors' vocal leader, and that's more evident than ever when someone tries to question the greatness of Steph Curry. Green, like many others, can't believe there are even questions creating a debate when it comes to Curry's legacy.
"I think the thing that bothers me most is people questioning his legacy at the beginning of this season," Green said Wednesday morning on ESPN's "First Take." "One season doesn't make a legacy, nor does one game make a legacy and we see that a lot when you start talking about the greats like Steph, LeBron James and people trying to hang their legacy off one season or one game.
"I think it's the most ridiculous thing ever. It goes to show how few legacies there truly are and why people don't truly understand what a legacy really is."

If anything, Curry only has added to his legacy this season. With Klay Thompson missing his second straight season due to injury, Curry has put the Warriors on his back and is playing at an MVP level. Through 35 games, Curry is averaging 29.7 points per game while shooting 41.1 percent from 3-point range. He leads the NBA in 3-point attempts (411) and 3-pointers made (169), and is second in total points behind Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal with 1,039.
Over the weekend, Curry continued his dominance by winning the NBA 3-Point Contest in historic and exciting fashion before scoring 28 points for Team LeBron in the All-Star Game, earning the most fan votes for the game's MVP.
Green says Curry's performance in the 3-Point Contest and All-Star Game was "very indicative of who Steph has been this season" and only added to the ridiculousness of any legacy questions.
"The way he showed up and showed out on Sunday night at All-Star Sunday in Atlanta, winning the 3-Point Contest in the fashion that he did, it kind of jumpstarted the All-Star Game -- getting the energy in there, that's who Steph is," Green said. "He brings the energy to the gym. I thought it was amazing, and like I said, it was very indicative of what Steph Curry is showing and saying to the world this year."

The Warriors return from the All-Star break on Thursday against the Los Angeles Clippers. Their first three games are against the Clippers, Utah Jazz and Los Angeles Lakers, which are three of the top four seeds in the Western Conference. Golden State is the No. 9 seed with a 19-18 record.
Curry, Green and the rest of the group will look to prove they're better than their record shows as Steph continues to silence any doubters.
