Warriors head coach Steve Kerr gives an update on James Wiseman and Draymond Green on Thursday. Neither player has participated in team activities on the heels of two recent positive COVID-19 tests for Golden State.
Draymond Green for the fourth straight day did not participate in the Warriors' training camp practice.
But Steve Kerr did deliver some positive news regarding the three-time NBA champion.
"Draymond was here today. He's able to lift. No cardio yet. Sat in on our film session," Golden State's coach told the media. "He's progressing through the protocol and I think he can start getting on the court as soon as tomorrow -- in a limited fashion."

James Wiseman, meanwhile, did some light individual work on the court Thursday, but did not practice either.

Both players are out for the Warriors' matchup Saturday night vs. the Denver Nuggets, and it sure sounds like they will be sidelined for the team's other two preseason games next week against the Sacramento Kings.
"I'm not worried about Draymond," Kerr said earlier this week. "He's got a better feel for what we do than anybody. So he'll be fine once he gets rolling with practice."
The expectation is that the Dubs' starting lineup in the preseason opener will be Steph Curry, Kelly Oubre, Andrew Wiggins, Eric Paschall and Kevon Looney.
Kerr will be going to his bench early and often.
The Warriors begin the season on a four-game road trip, followed by a seven-game homestand Dec. 1 through 12.
