The Raiders have overhauled their receiving corps this offseason, and that process continued on Friday with the signing of free agent wide receiver Brian Burt.
Burt -- 5-foot-11, 194 pounds -- most recently played two seasons at Fresno State (2017-18), appearing in seven games, including six as a senior this past year. Previously, Burt earned second-team all-purpose honors while playing at Ventura (Calif.) College.
