Two Kings who tested positive for coronavirus travel to Orlando bubble

Reinforcements for the Kings are on their way to Orlando, Florida.

A day after stating that four members of the team's traveling party didn't make the trip, Kings coach Luke Walton told reporters Saturday that two of the players who had tested positive for the coronavirus have been cleared and will travel to the Disney World campus.

Shooting guard Buddy Hield, center Alex Len and forward Jabari Parker are the three Kings confirmed to have contracted the coronavirus.

As of Saturday, the Kings have 13 players in Orlando. The team began practicing Friday night.

The Kings will hold the first of three scrimmages on July 22, and begin the eight seeding games on July 31 against the San Antonio Spurs.

Walton and the Kings face a tall task as they attempt to end the franchise's playoff drought. But adding two healthy bodies certainly will help the cause.
