Let Pablo Pitch!
The plea has become a popular one for Giants fans ever since infielder Pablo Sandoval tossed a perfect 1-2-3 inning against the Dodgers last season. On Monday, Sandoval was back on the mound during a 12-4 loss to the Reds.
The Giants handed the ball to The Panda in the bottom of the eighth inning as they faced an eight-run deficit at Great American Ball Park. And Pablo pitching didn't start out quite as great as last time, as he hit lead-off batter Jose Peraza with a curveball on the fourth pitch he threw.

But Sandoval settled in right after that.
Josh VanMeter, making his season debut, then flew out to right fielder Steven Duggar. Sandoval's inning on the hill ended quickly when he then got Nick Senzel to hit into a 6-4-3 double play from the trio of Brandon Crawford, Joe Panik and Brandon Belt.
"Pitching is not easy, but it’s easy for me because I have fun with it. I don't care about the situation," Sandoval said to reporters after the game.
