49ers general manager John Lynch delivered some good news on Wednesday morning:
Richard Sherman has been fully cleared to participate in training camp.

In March, Sherman signed a 3-year, $27.15 million deal with the 49ers -- which included only $7 million guaranteed.
One other aspect of the contract, according to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk:
Sherman gets a $2 million roster bonus on the first day of training camp, if he passes a physical. (In other words, if he starts camp on the physically unable to perform list or the non-football illness/injury list, the payment won’t be earned.)
The three-time First-Team All-Pro cornerback sustained a season-ending right Achilles rupture on Nov. 9, and soon thereafter underwent surgery.

He also had surgery on his left heel earlier this year to remove bone spurs.
Sherman will take the field on Thursday when the 49ers hold their first practice of camp.
