Atkins showed questionable snap-to-snap effort at Miami, but is extremely explosive when on his game. He’ll battle for time at defensive end initially.

Seattle used Atkins primarily at end during his rookie year even though he was widely thought of as a pass rushing interior tackle during the draft process. He finished with 11 tackles and is no lock to make the club in 2008.
