Appalachian State received a verbal commitment from redshirt senior LB Andrew Parker, formerly of Arkansas.
Parker (6'2/245) was a three-star linebacker from the 2018 recruiting class. In four seasons on campus, Parker appeared in nine games for the Razorbacks, totaling 24 tackles, one tackle for a loss and one sack. Now at Appalachian State, Parker will look to see the field more times in 2022 than he did in his first four years combined with the Razorbacks.
