  • BUF Wide Receiver #18

On Wednesday, head coach Sean McDermott said that no decision had been made on Cooper’s Week 7 availability, but it doesn’t come as a surprise that the team would expect him to play. Even if it’s in a limited capacity, Cooper should provide an immediate upgrade to the Bills’ wide receiver room while he gets acclimated to the offense. Fantasy managers should temper expectations for Cooper in his Bills debut, but he’s still solid option in most leagues as a fringe WR2/WR3. He currently sits as the WR25 in RotoPat’s Week 7 rankings.
  • DEN Running Back #33
Coming off an awful day against the Chargers, Williams rebounded with just the second two-touchdown game of his career, and first since 2021. His 111 yards from scrimmage matched his season high from two weeks ago against the Raiders. Perhaps most promisingly for Williams? Rookie Audric Estime lost a soft fumble this evening and seems unlikely to challenge Williams’ early-down supremacy any time soon. Williams is severely game-script sensitive in this limited offense, but the Panthers are a cake Week 8 matchup that should get him into the top 24.
  • NO Quarterback #4
Rapoport adds “a lot” would have to go right for Carr to be out there against the Chargers. Carr is missing his second consecutive game Thursday evening against the Broncos, and two weeks was considered the bare minimum time he would be out with his side issue. It’s already desperation time for the Saints’ season, so we have little doubt they will try to force the issue with their quarterback next week. We could get an informal practice report as early as Monday.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #10
It would appear Kupp remained limited to individual drills. He still has a legitimate chance to return Sunday against the Raiders, but it’s possible the post-bye Rams are ramping Kupp up with an eye toward a full return in Week 8. We might not get a firm grip on Kupp’s Week 7 status with the release of Friday’s injury report. Fantasy managers who thought they were getting back their WR1 need to have a back-up plan ready.
  • NYJ Wide Receiver #18
Garafolo is just confirming the obvious as Williams barely practices this week due to “personal reasons.” Those reasons are he got under-bussed by Aaron Rodgers right as the Jets finally acquired Davante Adams. Having a rough year as he tried to earn Rodgers’ favor, Williams has at least appeared healthy. He will undoubtedly draw legit interest ahead of the Nov. 5 trade deadline, and should have a new home sooner rather than later, albeit one that is unlikely to make him WR4 relevant.
  • ARI Wide Receiver #18
MHJ remains in the protocol, but the limited practice means he is already progressing. Especially with the Cardinals getting an extra day between Weeks 6 and 7 since they are playing on Monday Night Football, Harrison now has a legitimate chance to return without missing any time. He will have an official game status by Saturday afternoon, and we should know his Week 7 situation by the time fantasy lineups start locking in at 1PM ET Sunday.
  • NO Wide Receiver #22
It’s an unfortunate end to what was shaping up to be a promising season for Shaheed. Shaheed suffered a knee injury in the Saints Week 6 loss to the Buccaneers, but the team was holding out hope for a return later in the season following meniscus surgery. Instead, per Schefter, Shaheed is now looking at a “four-to-six month recovery.” The third-year receiver’s year ends with 20 catches for 349 yards and three touchdowns.
  • NYG Wide Receiver #1
Nabers, who has been dealing with a concussion, was a full participant in Thursday’s practice but is now dealing with a groin injury. It’s encouraging that he was still listed as a full participant, but this now becomes something else to monitor heading into the weekend. Nabers also needs to clear concussion protocol to have a shot at playing, but Thursday’s practice suggests he’s on the verge of getting out of protocol before the weekend.
  • NYG Wide Receiver #1
Nabers continues to advance through the league’s concussion protocol and looks on track to play in Week 7 against the Eagles. The star rookie has dominated in targets and currently leads all receivers in the league with a 38 percent target share. Assuming he’s active, Nabers will have high-end WR1 upside in his return.
  • BUF Kicker #39
The signing of Havrisik creates some added competition for Tyler Bass, who has converted on just 9-of-12 field goals this season and had a bad miss on an extra-point attempt in Monday night’s win over the Jets — it was the second extra point Bass missed this season. Havrisik has converted on 15-of-20 field goal attempts in his career, with two of his field goals coming from distances of 50-plus yards. We’ll see if Bass is with the team when they take the field in Week 7 against the Titans.
