  • DAL Wide Receiver #3

Cooks saw his 21-day practice window opened prior to the team’s Week 12 contest against the Commanders, ultimately held out of action for the seventh consecutive game. Executive Vice President Stephen Jones said earlier Monday that he expects Cooks to be able to play against the Giants on Thanksgiving day, a notion that should be either confirmed or denied once the team hits the practice field on Tuesday.
  • DAL Tight End #87
Executive Vice President Stephen Jones stated earlier Monday that Ferguson would be a long shot to play on Thanksgiving in Week 13, which makes sense considering the veteran tight end suffered his second concussion of the season in Week 11. Luke Schoonmaker’s snap rate jumped to 65% in the absence of Ferguson against the Commanders, which should serve as a solid baseline expectation against the Giants on Thursday. Fantasy managers in a bind can continue to deploy Schoonmaker for as long as Ferguson remains sidelined.
  • DAL Wide Receiver #88
Lamb played through the same injuries in Sunday’s win over the Commanders, catching 10-of-12 targets for 67 yards. The fact he was listed as a limited participant on Monday suggests he’s trending in the right direction for Thursday’s game against the Giants. Assuming he’s active, Lamb will be a solid WR2 across all fantasy formats.
  • DAL Quarterback #10
This is likely a minor issue, as there were no reports of Rush suffering an injury after Sunday’s win over the Commanders. The veteran QB is coming off his best performance of the season and should be on track to start on Thanksgiving Day against the Giants. In the unlikely chance that he can’t go, it would be Trey Lance getting the nod as the Cowboys’ QB1. We’ll see how things progress over the next two days, but we’d expect Rush to make his fourth start of the season this week.
  • SF Quarterback #13
According to Shanahan, everything went well during Purdy’s light-throwing session. It’s too early to say whether or not he’ll suit up for Week 13’s game against the Bills, but ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Sunday that Purdy “should be able to return” next week. We’ll see what happens in the coming days, but Monday’s reps seem to be a step in the right direction for the 49ers’ signal-caller.
  • GB Wide Receiver #87
It would be a miracle if Doubs cleared concussion protocol in three days ahead of Thursday’s game against the Dolphins. His likely absence will get Dontayvion Wicks more involved in Week 13, and perhaps make him and Christian Watson more playable WR3/FLEX ideas.
  • DET Wide Receiver #14
The Lions didn’t hold an official practice on Monday as they prepare for a short week. Set to face the Bears on Thanksgiving Day, the Lions will get in some light work before Thursday, and we’d expect ARSB to take part in that at some point. There were no post-game reports of him dealing with an injury, so whatever it is that would have sidelined him on Monday is likely minor. He should be a solid WR1/WR2 this week.
  • DET Running Back #5
It was an estimated practice, as all Mondays are, but Montgomery finished Sunday’s game on the sideline (with his helmet) as the Lions finished blowing out the Colts. It seems likely that the Lions would give Montgomery a break today after that even if he was fine, but until we get coach quotes on Montgomery being likely to play, we’d regard him as genuinely questionable for Thanksgiving against the Bears.
  • WAS Running Back #8
Robinson attempted to play through his injury but did not see a snap in the second half of Sunday’s loss. It’s just the latest in a string of injuries that have plagued Robinson all season, as he’ll now look to get right in time for Week 13’s game against the Titans. Austin Ekeler is still in concussion protocol, which means the Commanders could be very thin at running back if both he and Robinson can’t play on Sunday. Robinson’s status will be one to monitor throughout the week, but those in need of help should look to stash Jeremy McNichols where available.
  • NYJ Quarterback #8
Ian Rapoport reported over the weekend that it was “unclear” how banged up Rodgers is because he has “resisted getting scans done, not wanting to reveal the severity of his injuries out of fear of having to come off the field.” Ulbrich said Rogers is “healthier than he was earlier in the season” and that the idea of him skipping medical scans was “news to me.” Cool situation we’ve got going here. With the Jets continuing to self-combust, we probably don’t have to watch many more games of Rodgers, the only question at this point is when the plug will be pulled.
