  • ARI Wide Receiver #18

Harrison Jr. shed his non-contact jersey for Friday’s session, meaning he is in the final stages of the league’s concussion protocol. He has a chance to be removed from the injury report entirely on Saturday but could also wind up playing through a questionable tag if the team lists him as such. Fantasy managers can tentatively count on him as a high-end WR2 for his upcoming matchup with the Chargers.
  • LV Running Back #3
White opened the week with two limited sessions and was upgraded to a full practice before being listed as questionable. All signs point to him making his return to the lineup on Sunday. White was averaging 12 carries for 38 yards without a touchdown before going down with the groin injury in Week 4. He will likely return to a committee role with Alexander Mattison, keeping him in the RB3 ranks versus LA.
  • SF Wide Receiver #14
Pearsall began the season on the NFI list after being shot in the chest during an attempted robbery. The timing of his return couldn’t be any better for the 49ers as they will be without No. 3 receiver Jauan Jennings, who is dealing with a hip injury, this week. All of San Francisco’s pass-catchers are healthy for Week 7 aside for Christian McCaffrey, so Pearsall will play a part-time role at most in his NFL debut. Fantasy managers in deep leagues can take a flyer on the first-round rookie, though he shouldn’t be in any lineups this week.
  • SF Wide Receiver #1
Samuel saw a lightened workload in practice throughout the week but is good to go after being cleared from the injury report. Samuel’s receiving production has been as boom/bust as it gets this year. He has two games over 100 yards and three games under 60 yards. He does, however, have his unique role as a change-of-pace back to smooth out the edges. Samuel ranks as a fantasy WR2 heading into his Super Bowl rematch with the Chiefs.
  • SF Running Back #24
Mason suffered an AC joint sprain in the 49ers’ Week 6 win over Seattle. Luckily for Mason, that game was on Thursday, giving him a few extra days to recover. The fact that Mason didn’t even receive a token questionable tag suggests he is fairly healthy heading into Week 7. Mason will remain in the RB1 ranks for his matchup with Kansas City, though backup Isaac Guerendo is still worth stashing in deeper leagues.
  • IND Wide Receiver #1
Downs missed Wednesday’s practice before logging two limited sessions. He played through the toe issue last week after practicing once, so he should be able to do so again this time around. The second-year wideout has 24 grabs for 217 yards over the past three weeks. Even with Anthony Richardson returning, Downs should see enough targets to stay in the WR3 ranks for Week 7.
  • IND Wide Receiver #11
Pittman was downgraded to a DNP on Friday, casting doubt on his availability for the Colts’ matchup with Miami. It’s possible that the DNP was planned maintenance as he attempted to play through a back injury that was initially expected to sideline him for multiple weeks. Fantasy managers should consider him a game-time decision for Week 7. With Josh Downs seemingly stealing the WR1 role in Indy, Pittman will sit on the WR3/4 border if active.
  • PIT Running Back #22
Harris got Wednesday off to nurse his rib injury but was a full participant for the following two practices. As expected, Pittsburgh’s bruiser is good to go for Week 7. Harris looked spry last week, running for 106 yards on 14 totes versus the Raiders. He will look to keep the ball rolling versus the Jets as a volume-based RB2.
  • TEN Quarterback #8
Levis was limited in Wednesday’s practice because of the lingering shoulder injury. It appeared to be nothing more than maintenance once he got upgraded to a full session on Thursday. The Titans then threw us a curveball by listing him as questionable after another limited session to end the week. It’s unclear if Levis re-aggravated the injury in his throwing shoulder during practice or if the Titans are simply doing their best to follow the NFL’s injury report procedures. Either way, it is a concerning development for Levis and the Titans. If this issue is worse than expected and he misses Week 7, Mason Rudolph will make his first start of the year.
  • LV Wide Receiver #16
Meyers was listed as doubtful last week and predictably did not play. We can assume he will be ruled out with inactive this time around as well. With Davante Adams officially off the Raiders, Brock Bowers is the only proven pass-catcher on the roster and healthy. Bowers will push for a TE1 overall ranking this week. Tre Tucker, Tyreik McAllister, and DJ Turner will all get reps at wide receiver this week, though fantasy managers would be wise to avoid this messy situation on a struggling offense.
