  • NYJ Wide Receiver #5
Rodgers and Wilson demonstrated their connection throughout the first half, with the two hooking up from five yards out to the back-middle of the end zone on a toe-tapping touchdown in the first quarter. An insane 52-yard Hail Mary touchdown reception by Allen Lazard at the end of the first half ultimately had Lazard out-gaining Wilson, with both pass-catchers finishing with more than 100 yards and a score. Wilson leads the league in targets, keeping his fantasy value high as the Jets prepare to face the Steelers on the road in Week 7.
  • NYJ Wide Receiver #10
After the Bills scored with just 21 seconds remaining in the first half, Aaron Rodgers connected with Garrett Wilson to get the team in range for a last ditch Hail Mary attempt at the end of the half. Lazard came down with the catch in the end zone to bring the Jets back to within three points, leading to a massive fantasy day in the process. Lazard continues to play well ahead of Mike Williams as one of Rodgers’ trusted pass-catchers, keeping him in the running for usable fantasy weeks moving forward.
  • NYJ Running Back #20
The only thing Hall failed to do was find the end zone after getting tackled at the one. Hall also had numerous chunk yardage gains wiped away through penalties on a night when there were 22 total accepted penalties for a combined 204 yards between the two teams. That said, Hall finally found room to run to showcase his elite speed after the offensive coordinator change in New York, leaving fantasy managers in good spirits for his upside moving forward.
  • NYJ Quarterback #8
Wind was swirling on one end of the stadium, leading to two missed field goals by Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein and one missed field goal by Bills kicker Tyler Bass, with the disparity being the deciding factor in the game. The two teams combined to score 37 points in the first half after Buffalo found paint with just 21 seconds remaining before the break, only for Rodgers to unleash the magic as he connected with Allen Lazard for a 52-yard touchdown on a Hail Mary as time expired in the first half. The two teams would manage just six combined points in the second half amidst three missed field goals and stalled red zone drives, allowing the Bills to escape with a victory and put two full games between them and the Jets through six weeks. Up next for Aaron Rodgers and the Jets are the 4-2 Steelers in Pittsburgh in Week 7.
  • BUF Tight End #86
Lead running back James Cook sat with a toe injury and Khalil Shakir had his snaps monitored while playing through an ankle injury, leaving Kincaid as the top pass-catcher. Although being the most-targeted Buffalo skill position player, Kincaid remained confined to short area work against the aggressive pass rush of the Jets. Kincaid’s early-season returns have been less than inspiring particularly considering the draft capital fantasy managers had to invest in him to secure his services this offseason, with his next opportunity to return a usable fantasy week coming in Week 7 when the Bills host the Titans.
  • BUF Running Back #22
The only thing Davis failed to do was find the end zone, turning a spot start in the absence of James Cook into a true workhorse outing. The diminutive running back surged to 4.9 yards per carry and caught a 42-yard pass on a Josh Allen scramble drill in the first half, proving to be capable as the featured back for as long as Cook remains out. Up next for Davis and the Bills is a home date with the Titans in Week 7.
  • BUF Quarterback #17
Allen and the Bills came out on top in a hard-fought game that had four lead changes, eventually retaking the lead with just under four minutes to play in the fourth quarter. Even with lead running back James Cook held out with a toe injury, the Bills rode the run game through Ray Davis, feeding the rookie 20 carries and three targets. Allen continually kept plays alive against the ferocious New York pass rush, connecting with Dawson Knox for a 12-yard touchdown on an extended play out of the pocket in the second quarter. Prime Rodgers magic then came to fruition as he connected with Allen Lazard on a Hail Mary at the end of the first half to send the two teams to the break at 20-17. Both teams managed lone field goals in the second half as the kickers struggled to tame the wind, leading to three total missed field goals. Either way, the Bills escape Week 6 in sole possession of first place in a crowded AFC East division before hosting the Titans in Week 7.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #10
Rapoport adds that the veteran wide receiver had a successful workout Monday and that a return this week “is at least possible.” Kupp will need his ankle to hold up through a week of practice but making it through a “positive workout” Monday is a step in the right direction. Fantasy managers will want to track his practice status this week closely as the Rams come out of their bye week.
  • BUF Running Back #4
Cook indicated on Saturday that he intended to play, something that came into question when the team elevated Frank Gore Jr. early Monday. Ultimately, the veteran running back was unable to exhibited enough health to suit up in Week 6, making it likely we see Ray Davis and Ty Johnson split the backfield work against the Jets. Also inactive for the Bills are S Mike Edwards, LB Joe Andreessen, LB Edufuan Ulofoshio, G/C Will Clapp, and DT Ed Oliver.
  • NO Wide Receiver #22
This is an estimated report. This is the surprise of the two wideout injuries for New Orleans, and it’s a new listing after Shaheed was on the injury report with a hip last week. This could be management, it could be more serious. We simply don’t have much information at the moment. The practice report on Tuesday will tell more of the tale. If Shaheed misses Thursday night’s game against the Broncos, we could be in for a lot of Bub Means and Cedrick Wilson.
