  • NYG Quarterback #2
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
Tommy DeVito will remain sidelined with a forearm injury he suffered two weeks ago. Lock on Thanksgiving Day against the Cowboys passed for 178 yards and an interception while rushing for 57 yards and a touchdown in a seven-point loss. Lock was 15th out of 32 qualifying QBs in completion rate over expected in Week 13, averaging a meager 6.4 air yards per attempt. Look for Lock to again target Malik Nabers heavily with the Giants underdogs against the visiting Saints. Nabers saw 13 targets last week against Dallas.
  • JAX Quarterback #16
Lawrence is in the NFL’s concussion protocol after sustaining a brain injury in Week 13 against the Texans on a dirty, late hit. There’s next to no chance Lawrence suits up this week against the Titans, leaving Mac Jones to get another start for Jacksonville. Jones has completed 62 percent of his passes for two touchdowns and three interceptions in 2024.
  • GB Running Back #8
Jacobs was limited during Tuesday’s practice. The injury, per Rapoport, is “nagging more than anything else” and should not sideline him for Thursday’s crucial matchup against the Lions. “As of right now, it’s not something to get worked up about,” Rapoport said. Jacobs, who has a whopping 71 touches over his past three games, will be a volume-based RB1 against Detroit, one of the toughest run defenses in the NFL.
  • SF Running Back #25
Abanikanda will join Issac Guerendo as a healthy member of the San Francisco 49ers running back room. The Pittsburgh product had a 22/70/0 rushing line in six games last season and will probably be worked in slowly behind Guerendo and perhaps practice-squad back Patrick Taylor. No reason to go wild on Abanikanda off waivers, Guerendo is the one you want for fantasy purposes.
  • GB Wide Receiver #87
He did not escape the protocol, per Matt LaFleur. This is likely headed towards a questionable tag for Doubs tomorrow as he races to clear protocol. He’d be a FLEX play against the Lions on Thursday night if he managed to get on the field. If not, his absence will raise target shares and expectations for Jayden Reed, Dontayvion Wicks, and Christian Watson.
  • GB Running Back #8
He did speak with the media, which is usually a likely sign that a player will be suiting up. We expect Jacobs to be more likely to carry no status on Wednesday than be on the questionable line. Jacobs will make the RB1 line against the Lions on Thursday Night Football assuming he is able to play.
  • HOU Linebacker #0
Al-Shaair, who has a lengthy history of dirty hits, delivered a vicious head shot to Lawrence as he slid down during the Texans’ Week 13 win over Jacksonville. The illegal hit ignited an all-out brawl, during with Al-Shaair yanked down a Jaguars player by the facemask. He continued his aggression after refs threw him out of the game. It’s a significant loss for the Houston defense. Al-Shaair, who has two sacks and seven QB hurries on the season, is graded by Pro Football Focus as the league’s 18th best linebacker. He’ll be eligible to return in Week 17 against the Ravens. Al-Shaair will reportedly appeal the suspension.
  • DEN Wide Receiver #14
Sutton operated as the clear alpha for a Broncos team that narrowly avoided defeat at the hands of a record-setting night from both Jameis Winston and Jerry Jeudy. Two Denver pick-sixes ultimately proved to be the difference as the Broncos head into their Week 14 bye in firm control of the final playoff spot out of the AFC. Sutton’s next chance to return elite fantasy production comes in Week 15 against one of the teams chasing the Broncos for the seventh playoff spot in the Colts.
  • DEN Quarterback #10
Nix led the Broncos to a wild 41-32 victory in a game played between two top defenses, with the Broncos picking off Jameis Winston three times, the first two of which were returned for touchdowns. The second half started with a 93-yard touchdown to Marvin Mims on the Broncos’ first possessions after the break, only for Winston to find Jerry Jeudy on a 70-yard touchdown on the next offensive play run from scrimmage. The two long scores ignited the game environment in the second half, with each team scoring two touchdowns after going into the half up 21-17. Nix and the Broncos head to their Week 14 bye at 8-5 and firmly in control of the seventh and final playoff spot out of the AFC.
  • CLE Tight End #85
Njoku led the team in targets on a night quarterback Jameis Winston attempted a ridiculous 58 passes due to an ineffective run game and back-and-forth game environment. The Browns took the lead half way through the fourth quarter but watched as Bo Nix led the Broncos down the field to recapture the lead with just over two minutes remaining. Winston threw a pick-six on the subsequent possession before another pick iced the game as time was running out. Even so, Njoku’s receiving line propelled fantasy managers in what was a down week for tight end scoring. Up next for Njoku and the Browns are the Steelers in Week 14.
