  • LV Running Back #3
White was held out of the first two practices of the week before returning for a limited session on Friday. He missed Week 5 with the groin issue. Alexander Mattison drew the start in his absence and ran 15 times for 38 yards while adding two receptions for 23 yards. White would reclaim his two-down role if active, but this looks like a backfield to avoid given the spiraling state of the Las Vegas offense.
  • LV Wide Receiver #16
Meyers did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday but returned for a limited session before being listed as questionable. The veteran receiver has seen a massive uptick in receiving volume with Davante Adams sidelined. He has seen 19 targets over the past two weeks and Adams has already been ruled out for Week 6. If Meyers is cleared for action, he will rank as a fantasy WR3.
  • GB Wide Receiver #9
Watson suffered a mild high-ankle sprain in Week 4 and missed Week 5’s contest because of it. He was limited in practice for all three sessions this week, giving him a legitimate shot at suiting up on Sunday. Still, a one-week absence because of a high-ankle sprain would be on the low end for missed games, so fantasy managers who are counting on Watson should have a backup plan in place. Dontayvion Wicks took Watson’s place in the lineup last week and was targeted seven times, though he only reeled in two for 20 yards.
  • CLE Tight End #85
Njoku returned from his ankle injury in Week 5 but immediately tweaked his knee. He underwent an MRI after the game but nothing major was revealed. Njoku missed Wednesday’s practice but got in two limited sessions before being removed from the injury report. Deshaun Watson’s continued downward spiral and a potentially limited workload make Njoku more of a high-ceiling TE2 than a true TE1.
  • TB Running Back #1
Bucs head coach Todd Bowles called White a game-time decision earlier today. The doubtful tag, which is almost never played through, says otherwise. With White presumably out, Bucky Irving should dominate the backfield reps for Tampa Bay. Irving was already making a push for more work before White suffered the foot injury. Sans White, Irving will sit just outside of the RB1 ranks for the first start of his career.
  • DAL EDGE #11
Parson went down with a high-ankle sprain in Week 4 and has been out ever since. He did some light rehab work in practice this week. Though he is making progress, it wouldn’t be surprising to see Dallas hold him out next week as well. Down multiple starting defenders, the Cowboys’ defense is looking like an increasingly easy matchup for Jared Goff and the Lions.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
Brown practiced in full throughout the week. He told reporters earlier today that he feels back to 100 percent healthy coming off Philly’s bye week. Brown went for 119 yards and a touchdown in his Week 1 opener versus the Packers and has been out ever since. He immediately steps into the WR1 ranks for his upcoming matchup with the Browns.
  • IND Wide Receiver #1
Downs missed the first two practices of the week but returned for a full session on Friday, putting him on the optimistic side of questionable heading into the weekend. Downs has dominated targets since returning to the lineup a few weeks ago, amassing 26 looks over three weeks. With Anthony Richardson expected to play, Downs will fall deep into the WR3 ranks for his matchup with Tennessee.
  • IND Wide Receiver #11
It’s a truly odd situation for Pittman as ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Wednesday that he was expected to be sidelined for multiple weeks and that “injured reserve is an option.” Pittman did not practice on Thursday but was back for a full session on Friday before being listed as questionable. The veteran receiver told reporters on Friday, “We still don’t know what course of action is going to happen, but I’m just doing everything to put myself in the best situation to try and play.” Fantasy managers will want to be wary of this situation with Pittman possibly on a pitch count and Anthony Richardson replacing Joe Flacco after a one-week absence. Josh Downs is also questionable, further muddying Pittman’s outlook.
  • IND Quarterback #5
Colts head coach Shane Steichen called him a game-time decision earlier today. Richardson has been practicing in full this week, putting him on the right side of questionable heading into the weekend. As Fowler said, barring a setback, he should be good to go. Expect a run-heavy approach from the Colts in Ricahrdosn’s first game back in the lineup. Both the Colts and the Titans have banged-up quarterbacks for Week 6. Both teams will want to escape their matchup without any further injuries, likely resulting in a low-scoring affair.
