  • NO Running Back #41
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
With the fourth quarter halfway through and the Saints trailing by double-digits, it seems unlikely Kamara would be forced back on the field in this one. The veteran running back currently has 18 rushing yards on five carries and has caught 4-of-5 targets for 58 additional yards and a score.
  • CLE Running Back #24
Chubb was briefly labeled questionable in the third quarter before quickly being downgraded to out. That’s never a good sign. Chubb had a little more pop than recent weeks, but still had a modest nine carries for 41 scoreless yards before going down. Jerome Ford housed a 62-yard rushing score moments after Chubb departed. We would like to say Chubb is droppable, but if he can get cleared for Week 16, it would be for a tissue-soft matchup with the Bengals. Stay tuned.
  • IND Wide Receiver #1
Downs will return to the Colts lineup after missing the team’s most recent game in Week 13. Downs has operated as the team’s No. 1 wideout for much of this season; he has 40 targets over his past five games and could benefit from a trailing game script against Denver. Colts declared WR Ashton Dulin, QB Sam Ehlinger, S Darren Hall, DE Isaiah Land, and G Atonio Mafi inactive against the Broncos.
  • PHI Quarterback #1
Hurts pulled up to Sunday’s game against the Steelers with a heavily wrapped ring finger on his left hand. He was listed on the team’s injury report with a finger injury but still managed to practice in full throughout the week. This injury could obviously make carrying the ball difficult for Hurts, but it won’t affect the righty when it comes to passing.
  • NYG Quarterback #15
DeVito was driven head first into the turf just before halftime and will not return for the second half. That leaves journeyman Tim Boyle as New York’s starter for the rest of the ballgame, with Drew Lock (heel) behind him as the emergency No. 3 quarterback. DeVito will likely have to clear the league’s concussion protocol this week if he’s going to play in Week 16.
  • MIA Wide Receiver #17
Waddle was rolled up on and dramatically jumped off the field. He was in the blue medical tent and went into the locker room afterwards. Waddle did not catch either of his two targets before leaving. The injury initially looked fairly serious, so we’d be surprised if Waddle returned.
  • CLE Tight End #85
The Browns tried to keep up the illusion that Njoku might play after failing to get in a single practice rep, but it was always an extreme long shot. His absence makes Jordan Akins a Hail Mary TE2 streamer for the first week of the fantasy playoffs. Joining Njoku on the shelf are QB Bailey Zappe, WR Cedric Tillman, RB D’Onta Foreman, CB Chigozie Anusiem and EDGE James Houston. The fact that Njoku at least tried to play this week suggests he will be on the right side of questionable for Week 16.
  • NYJ Running Back #20
Hall was upgraded to a full practice on Friday, putting him on the right side of questionable heading into the weekend. He’s officially back after missing just one game with the knee issue. The Jets could limit his reps to prevent the injury from getting worse, but he still projects to lead the team in carries and backfield targets. Fantasy managers can treat him as an RB1 versus the Jags. Inactive for the Jets are CB D.J. Reed, WR Malachi Corley, S Jaylin Simpson, CB Brandin Echols, OL Xavier Newman, TE Tyler Conklin, and DL Braiden McGregor.
  • KC Wide Receiver #5
The Chiefs designated Brown to return from injured reserve on Friday, opening his 21-day practice window. He was medically cleared to return to practice earlier in the week. Brown suffered an SC joint injury in August that required surgery and has been out ever since. Returning in Week 16 would give him a few weeks to get up to speed before the playoffs. Brown will likely be eased into the lineup, keeping him off the fantasy radar for the final two weeks of most redraft leagues.
  • LAC Wide Receiver #15
McConkey missed last week’s game with the pair of injuries. He practiced in a limited capacity three times before being listed as questionable but was ultimately held out of the game. McConkey got the same practice regimen this week and was also listed as questionable, making him a true game-time call. Per Rapoport, the plan is for McConkey to workout before the game before making a final determination on his status. Fantasy managers can cautiously treat the rookie as a WR2, though a backup plan is still recommended.
