  • CAR Wide Receiver #5

Johnson was held out of the first two practices of the week with the ankle issue. He has been nursing that injury for a while so a light workload in practice was expected. He returned on Friday but had rib and hamstring issues added to his injury report before being listed as questionable. Head coach Dave Canales downplayed them, saying something “tightened up on him.” Johnson is no stranger to playing through injuries and appears to be good to go for Week 7. He ranks as a volume-based WR2 versus a weak Washington defense.
  • WAS Running Back #8
Robinson was limited in practice throughout the week before being listed as questionable. He missed Week 6 because of the knee issue. Robinson will return for a phenomenal matchup versus a Carolina defense that has allowed more fantasy points to running backs than any other team. Even on a potentially lightened workload, Robinson is back in the RB2 ranks for Week 7.
  • NYJ Wide Receiver #5
Schefter reports that multiple teams have inquired about Wilson’s availability following the Jets’ trade for Davante Adams. In true fantasy manager fashion, GM Joe Douglas has rebuffed all offers and countered with Mike Williams, who is on the trade block. Schefter notes that the Steelers and Chargers are expected to be interested in Williams. Much like Adams before him, a Williams trade feels inevitable. Wilson, on the other hand, isn’t going anywhere, even if the Jets may have just acquired a new No. 1 receiver.
  • LAR Wide Receiver #10
Kupp was limited in practice throughout the week before being listed as questionable. Despite some reasons for optimism, Sean McVay was cagey when talking about Kupp’s availability, foreshadowing his likely absence this week. With Puka Nacua still on injured reserve, Jordan Whittington will take over as the team’s top receiver. Whittington is listed as questionable because of a shoulder injury but McVay has already said he expects the rookie to play. Whittington caught seven passes for 89 yards before LA’s Week 6 bye.
  • NYJ Linebacker #7
Per Schefter, this is the first time a player has held out beyond Week 1 and received an adjusted contract. It’s not, however, a contract extension, which Reddick was initially seeking after the Eagles traded him to New York. Part of the adjustments include New York waiving over $12 million in fines that Reddick racked up while holding out. Reddick has double-digit sacks in each of the past four seasons despite playing for three different teams over that stretch. Finally getting him in the fold will be a big boost for an already-talented Jets defense.
  • NE Running Back #38
Stevenson missed Week 6 with the foot injury but told reporters earlier this week that he expects to play today. He will deliver on that promise in just over an hour despite being listed as questionable heading into the weekend. Stevenson is averaging 19 touches per game and rejoins on offenses helmed by Drake Maye, giving him a better shot at finding the end zone versus a weak Jaguars defense.
  • JAX Running Back #1
Doug Pederson called Etienne week-to-week shortly after he suffered the hamstring injury in Week 6. Etienne managed to practice this week but never got in a full session. Tank Bigsby will assume the RB1 role in Jacksonville this week. Bigsby has been impressive as the change-of-pace back this year and should see plenty of touches versus the Pats. He sits in the middle of the fantasy RB2 ranks for Week 7. D’Ernest Johnson will serve as the Jags’ top option on passing downs, putting him in RB4 territory. Inactive for the Jags re DE Myles Cole, OL Javon Foster, OL Cole Van Lanen, DT Esezi Otomewo, and DT Maason Smith.
  • TEN Quarterback #8
It will be Mason Rudolph under center for the Titans as they prepare to face the Bills in Week 7. Schefter adds that Levis had been playing through a grade 2 AC joint sprain in his throwing shoulder and will ultimately be held out due to the injury after playing through it in Week 6 out of their bye week. The injury typically brings a four to five week recovery timeline, leaving Levis’ status uncertain beyond Week 7.
  • SEA Running Back #9
Walker was added to the injury report Saturday with an illness and is listed as questionable for the team’s Week 7 game against the Falcons. Considering how involved Walker has been in the offense when active this season, a potential absence raises alarm bells for fantasy managers counting on his services. A final determination will come 90 minutes prior to kickoff with the release of the team’s inactives.
  • MIN Tight End #87
Hockenson saw his 21-day practice window opened almost two weeks ago but did not do enough this week to warrant activation from the physically unable to perform list. The Vikings are on a short week in Week 8 with a game on Thursday night, which presents the veteran tight end with the next opportunity to make his season debut. In his absence, expect alpha wide receiver Justin Jefferson to continue soaking up a large portion of the pass game usage in a prime matchup with the most pass-funnel defense in the league.
