  • NYJ Quarterback #8

The struggles continue to mount for Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers, who turns 41 tomorrow, threw for 185-2-1 in Sunday’s loss to the Seahawks, with his interception resulting in a 92-yard pick-six to defensive tackle Leonard Williams. Rodgers has now gone three straight games without hitting 200 passing yards, and completed less than 60 percent of his passes for the third time this season. Sitting on a 3-9 record, there’s little reason to continue starting Rodgers, who has been rumored to be dealing with a myriad of minor injuries despite his attempt to downplay them. Ulbrich didn’t exactly rule out the possibility of Tyrod Taylor making the start in Week 14 against the Dolphins, so we’ll see if a QB change comes later in the week.
  • TEN Wide Receiver #15
Westbrook-Ikhine led the Titans in every major receiving category in Sunday’s loss to the Commanders and found the end zone twice in the defeat. With less than 30 seconds to go before halftime, Westbrook-Ikhine hauled in a 27-yard touchdown pass to give the Titans’ offense a spark after going down 28-0. Then, in the fourth quarter with the game well out of reach, Westbrook-Ikhine scored again from 17 yards out to give himself a career-high eight touchdowns. Fantasy managers starting him will be left disappointed when the touchdown luck inevitably runs out, but Westbrook-Ikhine will have some Week 14 viability against the Jaguars.
  • MIN Running Back #33
Jones was benched for the better part of two quarters after fumbling twice in the first quarter, losing one of the fumbles to Arizona. Cam Akers had four rushing attempts to Jones’ five in a game that saw Sam Darnold throw 31 passes. Jones’ playing time and involvement in the Vikings offense has been shaky of late. On Sunday, he ran a route on just 18 of the team’s 41 drop backs and saw four targets, fourth most among Vikings pass catchers. Akers’ involvement and Jones’ fumbling issues will make him a decent RB2/3 option in Week 14 against the Falcons, though the upside he had early in the season appears to be gone.
  • HOU Wide Receiver #12
Collins was an extension of the running game in the first half, taking more than a couple screens to get the chains moving as the Texans struggled to block for Joe Mixon. He also had another 15-yarder taken off the board on a penalty, something that is now becoming a weekly occurrence. Collins did not manage a single red zone target, which is one of many things that you can be upset about Bobby Slowik about. He enters Houston’s bye week as a true WR1.
  • HOU Running Back #28
Mixon had one run over three yards in the first half, and it was a 13-yarder which he bounced away from the blocking scheme entirely on. But he started to get going in the second half and got the Texans a lead they would never relinquish on a 30-yarder up the middle followed by a touchdown on outside zone. He also did yeoman’s work closing out the win as the Texans clung to a three-point lead, busting off two first downs in a row. He’ll remain a RB1 once he’s back from the bye, but tougher game scripts are coming for him against more challenging teams.
  • MIN Quarterback #14
Shaky in the first half and under nearly constant duress against a Cardinals front seven that rarely pressures the passer, Darnold turned things around in the second half and threw two touchdowns in a furious fourth quarter comeback win. He moved well outside the pocket and made plays out of structure as the Vikings abandoned the run in the second half and centered the offense around Justin Jefferson for the first time in a while. Sunday marks his ninth game of the season with at least two touchdowns in the balanced Minnesota offense. Darnold will be an excellent fantasy option in Week 14 against a Falcons defense that does not pressure the QB and can beaten down the field.
  • WAS Running Back #8
Robinson did most of his damage on his first carry of the game when he broke free for a 40-yard touchdown to give the Commanders an early 7-0 lead. Nearly all of Robinson’s damage came in the first half, as he was held to just five carries for 18 yards in the second half. Robinson’s lack of involvement in the second half was likely due to game-script and the fact he was playing a week after suffering a nasty-looking injury. The Commanders now enter their Week 14 bye, but Robinson will be a great fantasy play when they return in Week 15 to face the Saints.
  • MIN Wide Receiver #18
Jefferson was uninvolved in the first half, with Sam Darnold looking early and often to Jordan Addison and Jalen Nailor instead of his all-world wideout. Darnold eventually force fed Jefferson in the second half, connecting for a 25-yarder and a 30-yard gain. Sunday was Jefferson’s sixth straight outing without a touchdown. His modest production — compared to other seasons in his prolific career — can be largely attributed to the Vikings operating a conservative offense, made possible by the team’s elite defense. Jefferson gets a date with an exploitable Atlanta secondary in Week 14.
  • ATL Quarterback #18
Star-crossed Cousins is no stranger to off afternoons, but there is a strong argument to be made this was the worst start of his career. A 61-yard third quarter pick-six where he displayed the arm strength of a high schooler somehow wasn’t his worst throw. That would be the end zone INT he threw five minutes later. Seeming to apply “get the socks in the hamper” touch to the back line toss, Cousins targeted 4-5 different Chargers instead of any Falcons. It was breathtakingly inexcusable. Somehow, neither of those miscues ended the game, but Cousins’ fourth and final pick finally did the deed at the 0:47 mark of the fourth. Derwin James ran Drake London’s route for him, and that was that. Looking dead armed and uninspired, Cousins now has six picks to zero scores over his past three starts. All three of those games have been Falcons losses, leaving their playoff position highly precarious. The Michael Penix watch might begin in earnest if Cousins comes out flat in Week 14 against the Vikings.
  • WAS Quarterback #5
Daniels and the Commanders were in control early in this one. Their first drive took just three plays and ended with a 40-yard touchdown run by Brian Robinson, while their second and third drives also ended with scores. Daniels punched in a three-yard touchdown to put the Commanders up 14-0, and later connected with Terry McLaurin on a 16-yard score with 24 seconds left in the first quarter. Daniels would throw two more scores to give him three passing touchdowns, marking the first time in his career for the feat. It was the exact kind of win the Commanders needed after dropping a brutal Week 12 game to the Cowboys. Now entering their Week 14 bye, Daniels and the Commanders get extra time to prepare for their Week 15 contest against the Saints.
