  • NYJ Running Back #20
Personalize your Rotoworld feed by favoriting players
That’s two straight missed practices for Hall, who is at risk of missing Week 14’s game against the Dolphins if he’s not able to practice in some capacity on Friday. Hall said last week that he was “not sore or anything” when asked about his injury ahead of Week 13’s game against the Seahawks, but what he’s saying isn’t exactly lining up with what we’re seeing in-game or at practice. With the Jets’ season virtually over and Hall clearly dealing with something, it’s possible he misses some time if not the remainder of the season to avoid further damage.
  • CAR Tight End #0
Sanders has practiced in back-to-back days for the Panthers this week. Speaking Wednesday, head coach Dave Canales said the rookie was “trending toward” playing in Week 14 against the Eagles, so him shedding the non-contact jersey is a good step in that direction. Assuming he’s active this weekend, Sanders would be a low-end TE2 it what will be one of the toughest defensive matchups for the Panthers this season.
  • TB Wide Receiver #13
Evans has been dealing with a hamstring injury since Week 7 but has played through it the last two weeks. Evans has totaled 13 receptions for 186 yards and one touchdown in two games since returning from his injury, but this calf injury is something new that could force him back to the sidelines. Two straight DNPs is a bad sign for his Week 14 availability, but it’s possible the team is giving him a light workload to ensure he’s ready for gameday. We’ll wait to see where things go from here on Friday.
  • HOU Tight End #9
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport was the first to report the deal. The fourth-year tight end was the subject of preseason hype heading into his contract year with the team, but a torn ACL suffered in Week 2 limited him to just two catches for seven yards on the year. Now under contract through next season, Jordan, who turns 25 next summer, will get a chance at another breakout season in 2025.
  • GB Running Back #8
NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero called the injury “nagging more than anything else.” While it’s clear Jacobs isn’t fully healthy, he’s close enough that the Packers have felt comfortable putting 71 touches on his place over the past three weeks. Jacobs has topped 100 yards from scrimmage in five consecutive games and is showing no signs of slowing anytime soon. He remains in the RB1 ranks for Week 14.
  • GB Wide Receiver #87
Doubs missed Week 13 with the brain injury. He was limited in practice this week, but an early game on Thursday made it impossible for him to clear the league’s concussion protocol in time. He should be back for a Week 15 tilt with the Seahawks. His absence will leave Jayden Reed as the team’s top receiver, though Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks will both be in the mix for targets. Reed will sit on the WR2/3 border while the deep threats are high-risk FLEX plays for Week 14.
  • JAX Quarterback #16
Lawrence will spend a minimum of four games on injured reserve. He will technically be able to return for a meaningless Week 18 game, but the odds of that happening are close to zero. Lawrence was also dealing with an injury to the AC joint in his left shoulder. He missed two games with the issue before returning last week, only to suffer a brutal concussion on a dirty hit from Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair. It’s possible Lawrence will undergo shoulder surgery while on injured reserve, which would mark an official end to his disappointing 2024 season. Mac Jones will close out the year as the Jags’ starter. Jones threw for 235 yards and two scores in relief of Lawrence last week but was much worse in his two starts. He barely registers as a QB2 for Superflex leagues.
  • BUF Tight End #86
Kincaid has been out for two weeks while nursing the knee issue. The second-year tight end was unable to practice in any capacity last week, so a limited session on Wednesday is a major step in the right direction. Dawson Knox has been serviceable in his pair of starts with six catches for 96 yards. He could hold onto a part-time role once Kincaid returns, making it a potentially frustrating situation for fantasy managers.
  • LAC Wide Receiver #15
McConkey will presumably be extremely limited for the first practice of the week, but it’s a great sign for his Week 14 availability nonetheless. The rookie has been playing through a shoulder issue for a few weeks and then tweaked his right knee on Sunday versus the Falcons and was listed as questionable to return late in the game. Harbaugh was non-committal when talking about his status on Monday. Before going down, McConkey was on pace for an eruption game with 117 yards and nine grabs on a dozen targets. He will remain the focal point of the Chargers’ passing attack if healthy for Week 14.
  • BAL Wide Receiver #18
The Ravens are on bye this week, meaning Johnson will miss their Week 15 game against the Giants. Johnson didn’t play a snap in Week 13 despite being active and Rashod Bateman going down mid-game with a knee injury. According to a press release from the team, the suspension stems from him refusing to enter the game on Sunday. Johnson has run 19 routes for Baltimore since being traded and has one reception as a Raven. It wouldn’t be surprising to see them release the veteran receiver before the end of the year. For fantasy purposes, it goes without saying that Johnson shouldn’t be rostered in even the deepest of redraft leagues.
