This will be a 10th straight absence for Highsmith, but with the Suns’ starters all healthy, this won’t alter Phoenix’s rotation.

The NBA has rescinded technical fouls assessed to Phoenix’s Dillon Brooks and Chicago’s Mac McClung during Sunday’s game between the Suns and Bulls.

While this decision doesn’t change much for McClung beyond the fact that he doesn’t have to pay a fine, it has far more significant implications for Brooks. Had the technical foul been upheld, it would have been the veteran wing’s 18th of the season, triggering his second one-game suspension. Brooks will be available for Tuesday’s game against the Rockets.

Brooks picked up his 18th technical foul in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s win over the Bulls. If it’s not rescinded by the NBA, the 30-year-old shooting guard will be suspended for Tuesday’s game against the Rockets. Royce O’Neale would likely move into the starting lineup if Brooks is suspended.

Jalen Green had 25 points (11-of-21 FGs, 1-of-2 FTs), four rebounds, four assists, one steal and two three-pointers in Sunday’s win over the Bulls.

Green picked up where he left off in Thursday’s loss to the Hornets as the 24-year-old guard had another 25-point game. He’s now had at least 20 points in eight of his last nine outings. Green has provided top-75 per game value over the last two weeks. His scoring and fantasy value have been on another level since the beginning of March. The Suns finish the regular season with four games in the final week, which includes a matchup against Green’s former team the Rockets on Tuesday.
Devin Booker

Devin Booker had 30 points (9-of-22 FGs, 9-of-10 FTs), three rebounds, four assists, one steal and three three-pointers in the Suns’ 120-110 victory over the Bulls on Sunday.

Booker and the Suns pulled away from the Bulls late as Phoenix led by two points entering the fourth quarter, but won the game by 10. The 29-year-old shooting guard led the Suns in scoring. Booker has provided top-30 per game value over the last two weeks. The Suns have four games in the last week of the regular season, starting with a matchup against the Rockets on Tuesday.
Jordan Goodwin

Devin Booker, Jalen Green, Jordan Goodwin, Dillon Brooks and Mark Williams will start Sunday’s game against the Bulls.

The Suns have made two changes to their starting lineup. Goodwin replaces Collin Gillespie, who has been mired in a shooting slump, and Williams reclaims his place in the starting five, sending Oso Ighodaro to the bench.
